‘Stars Behind The Stars’ donated 100% of all proceeds to ‘The Assist The Officer Foundation’, which was formed by the Dallas Police Association.

'Stars Behind The Stars' at Billy Bob's Texas, Historic Fort Worth Stockyards, 2520 Rodeo Plaza, Fort Worth, TX 76164-8208 on Wednesday 27 July 2016 / 100% of all proceeds were donated to 'The Assist The Officer Foundation', which was formed by the Dallas Police Association / 'The Assist The Officer Foundation' provided financial assistance to an officer's family in the event of a death of an active officer

‘The Assist The Officer Foundation’ provided financial assistance to an officer’s family in the event of a death of an active officer.  There was a silent auction set up on-site.

There was a special appearance by Randy Travis.

Texas Country Music Hall of Fame Band provided their talent to back all of the artists.  Texas Country Music Hall of Fame Band members included Mitchell Smithey, Wes Taylor, Charlie Shearer, Scott Moody, Curtis Randall, John Martinez, Angie McWhirter, Kyle Harris and Shawnda Rains.
