On Monday 1 April 2024, Gene Watson offered his sincere condolences to Duane Allen of The Oak Ridge Boys – Duane Allen’s beloved wife, Norah Lee Allen (Saturday 14 February 1948 – Sunday 31 March 2024), passed away on Easter Sunday morning (31 March 2024) at the age of 76.

Many of you may have known Norah Lee from her longtime work as one of the great Grand Ole Opry background singers, as well as singing background vocals on the Country’s Family Reunion shows.
She was a wonderful vocalist, and always there with a smile.
