On Friday 11 December 2020, Gene Watson remembered Brenda Lee on her 76th birthday.
‘We definitely want to wish a very ‘Happy Birthday’ to one of the greatest, but also the nicest, ladies in the music business.
She has had so many hits that, in the 1960s, she is only surpassed in hits by Elvis Presley (Tuesday 8 January 1935 – Tuesday 16 August 1977), The Beatles and Ray Charles (Tuesday 23 September 1930 – Thursday 10 June 2004).
She’s been an icon since a young girl and deserves to be in three Halls of Fame – and she is.
Please wish Brenda Lee a Happy 76th birthday today’
