On Tuesday 25 September 1962, Loretta Lynn was inducted as a member of The Grand Ole Opry in Nashville.

‘I just saw that, on this date (15 October) back in 1960, it was Loretta Lynn‘s first Grand Ole Opry performance.

She became an official member in 1962.
