The Nashville Network

‘This was a fun night on the old TNN ‘Nashville Now’ show, hosted by Ralph Emery (Friday 10 March 1933 – Saturday 15 January 2022).

Besides me, he had the very talented singer/songwriter, Mickey Newbury (Sunday 19 May 1940 – Sunday 29 September 2002), known for his song, ‘American Trilogy’, and guitar wizard, Duane Eddy (Tuesday 26 April 1938 – Tuesday 30 April 2024).

I’m sure you remember the 1958 ‘Rebel Rouser’ hit instrumental.

I miss the ‘Nashville Now’ show – it was a great place to perform, and talk to Ralph about country music’
