On Monday 3 July 2023, Gene Watson visited Emmons Guitar Company in Sevierville, Tennessee.
‘We made a stop in Sevierville, Tennessee today (Monday 3 July 2023) to visit the home office of the Emmons Guitar Company and visited with co-owners, Darin Shiflett and Kelcey O’Neil.
Our super talented steel player, Boo Miller, was needing a minor adjustment to his steel guitar, so we were glad to have time to stop by.

Later we stopped for a bite to eat. When this lunch photo was being taken, I think our bass player, Staley Rogers, and drummer, Todd Hines, were out in the parking lot looking for Dolly, after they heard she was getting a to-go order’
