On Wednesday 25 June 2025, Gene Watson reflected on the unique opportunities he received when asked to sign fan autographs.
‘This photo (above) was taken when I was signing a little autograph book for a young child.
It’s always so nice when parents or grandparents bring the kids to a show.
We appreciate that they are learning early about our kind of country music.
It takes all of us to keep it alive and well for the next generation’
